  4. 1-2 cups cooked chana (onions)
  5. taste for salt
  6. Speech Masala (optional)

  1. Heat the oil in the pan
  2. Start adding all the spices and mix quickly.
  3. Add the chickpeas and mix well with the spices.
  4. Add some lemon juice.
  5. Bake on high heat for 5-6 minutes.
