- Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cashews and walnuts. Once golden, add the ricotta and fry over high heat for 20 to 30 seconds. Now add the chillies and fry for another 30 seconds.

- Take all the cut fruits and vegetables. Add all the dry spices and lemon juice.

- Add the mahana and masala sabzi to the almond and pepper mixture and mix well.

- Serve immediately in a salad.
