- 4 slices of bread
- 3 tablespoons grated carrot
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons grated beetroot
- 2 tablespoons pepper, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons coriander chutney
- 4 tbsp coconut mint chutney
- 1 pinch turmeric

- Score the sides of the bread with a knife. Toast these bread slices and cut each slice into 4 equal parts.
