- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup raw cash
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of water
Instructions for making healthy strawberry cashews
- In a saucepan, fry raw ingredients in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes until cooked. Set aside.

- Add frozen or fresh strawberries to a blender or food processor and mash them well.

- In a small saucepan, mix strawberries, honey, cinnamon and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and thick.

- Now add the fried raw ingredients to the pan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring a few times, for 1-2 minutes or until you can smell the aroma. Reduce heat to medium-low and always stir with a spatula until crust is completely covered.

- Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and place it on the table. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Let the raw ingredients cool completely to room temperature and make sure the layers are firm and dense.
