- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup Boiled / Roasted Broccoli Flower (Optional)

- A little sunflower if necessary
- Taste the salt
Healthy Quinoa Pie Instructions
- Wash and dry the quinoa and set aside.
- Take a deep frying pan and add a tablespoon of oil.
- Washed and dried quinoa, sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Then add water and cook until the water comes in.
- Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes.
- Take a deep bowl and add the boiled quinoa.
- Then add the toasted bread, flour, carrots, peppers, coriander, cayenne, chili flour, turmeric, roasted cumin, coriander flour, broccoli flour, salt and cheese. Mix well.
