On Republic Day, I made this three-color pasta, making three different soups with healthy ingredients and trying to stay healthy.
Prepare the necessary ingredients and spices to make a healthy Tiranga pasta.
- 2 and 1/2 cups multigrain fessili pasta
- 1 and 1/4 liters of water (prepared pasta)
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of oil
- For white soup;
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder
- taste the salt
- Lightly fried red tomato soup;
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 5 large garlic cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 3 dried red pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of mixed herbs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

- green spinach soup;
- 1/2 package of spinach (shovel)
- 10 walnuts (shaved)
- 3/4 tablespoon of mixed herbs
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder

- For red paste;
- 1 3/4 cup boiled pasta
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 medium onion finely chopped
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder
- mixed leafy vegetables
- 3/4 cup lightly roasted red tomato broth
- 1/4 cup of white soup

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For white paste;
- 1 3/4 cup boiled pasta
- 1/2 medium onion sliced
- 75 g mushrooms, quarters
- 3/4 cup pieces
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder
- I wanted like a mixed weed

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup of white soup
- For green pasta;
- 1 3/4 cup boiled pasta
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1/2 medium onion sliced
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 2 basil leaves... finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder
- I wanted like a mix of flavors
- 1/4 cup of white soup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter

Steps to make a healthy tricolor pasta
- To prepare Tiranga pasta, first prepare the white plate and at the same time fry the tomatoes for the red plate.
- Heat the olive oil and add the minced garlic, dried red pepper, and herbs. Mix well and let stand.
- Cut the tomatoes and onions in half and coat with breadcrumbs. Pour the olive oil broth with garlic and pepper.
- Add a pinch of fleur de desel and bake at 220°C for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, to make the white dish, heat the pot and add oil and butter. When hot, add the wholemeal flour and pack. Pack well to avoid a sore throat.
- Add the milk, stirring very briefly and to soften the gallbladder.
- Add mixed herbs, black pepper powder, and salt to taste. When the soup thickens, turn off the heat and strain. Can provide up to 1 1/2 cups of brew.
- Then wash the fig skins in hot water for two minutes to prepare the spinach green sauce, then soak them in ice water. Drain and reserve.
- Peel a pumpkin, grate it and squeeze out the juice. Crush the peeled spinach into a smooth paste. This will give you about 3/4 cup of pasta. Reserve until exhausted more.
- After frying the tomatoes, refrigerate and grind to a smooth paste to taste of sugar and salt. Reserve until exhausted more.
- The last step in preparing a tri-color pasta is to start cooking the pasta.
- Heat the pasta with water and add salt and oil. When it boils, add the pasta.
- Cook pasta until al-dent. Reserve about 2 cups of boiling water and strain the pasta. Rinse the paste in clean water and place it in a can.
- To make red paste, heat a saucepan and add oil and butter. Add the chopped onion and chopped red bell pepper and cook for five minutes.
- Slowly add tomato salt, mixed herbs, black pepper flour and mix. Add the white soup and mix well.
- Cooked pasta, salt to taste and mix. If necessary, add the reserved pasta water to make it a little more runny.
- Heat another pot to make green pasta and add oil and butter. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for half a minute.
- Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and broccoli flour and sauté over high heat, stirring constantly. After 4-5 minutes, add the zucchini and cook for a few more minutes.
- Mix with spinach puree, mixed herbs, black pepper powder. Add white broth, boiled pasta and salt to taste. Mix and add the reserved pasta water if necessary to thin the mixture.
- To prepare the white soup flour, heat another pot and add oil and butter. When hot, add the chopped onions and mushrooms and sauté over high heat. Cook the mushrooms until all the water has evaporated.
- Add chopped tofu and a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for a minute or two.
- White broth, herb mixture, pepper powder and mix. Check and adjust the spices. Add canned pasta to thin the water if needed.
- Offer this delicious and healthy tri-color pasta combination to your friends and family for free or on Republic Day.
- Or serve other delicious food!
- Note: Prepare the tomato garlic and white shallots little by little the day before and put them in the fridge to serve. This helps cut down on the overall cooking time and takes some stress away if you're making a lot of food for the party!
